His passion for teaching and his ability to inspire others led him to become the International Art Director for Bio Ionic Systems, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s artistic division and introducing innovative, cutting-edge ideas to the industry.

CANCELATION POLICY

Studio Vasi Cancellation Policy

At Studio Vasi, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. To ensure that we continue to provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Late Arrivals:

  • We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure we can provide the full experience. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a late feemay apply.

Refunds:

  • Please note that no refunds will be issued for services rendered. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work with you to ensure you’re completely happy.

Child Policy

At Studio Vasi, we strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience for all our clients. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we kindly ask that you review our child policy before your visit.

1. For the Safety of Your Child: Our salon is not a child-proof environment. Hot tools, sharp instruments, and chemical products are in use, which can pose risks to little ones. For their safety, children must remain seated and supervised at all times.

2. Children Under 12: For the safety and comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children under the age of 12 do not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.

3. Quiet & Relaxing Atmosphere: Many of our clients visit the salon to unwind. We ask that all guests respect the peaceful environment by ensuring children remain calm and do not disturb others.

4. Supervision Requirement: If your child is receiving a service, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the appointment.

5. Rescheduling Due to Childcare Conflicts: We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you are unable to make your appointment due to childcare conflicts, we will be happy to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return any unopened Hair Care retail product for a 100% refund or an exchange within 15 days of in-store purchases.

You may exchange opened Hair Care products or receive retail credit within 15 days of purchase.

We do not offer refunds for used products.

We do not issue refunds or exchanges on any products purchased after 15 days.

Brushes are non-refundable unless of an obvious product defect.

All Styling Tools have a 15 day return/exchange policy. You may receive a full refund for unopened products.

After 15 days from the product purchase, please reference any warranty information from the manufacturer.

PET POLICY

At Studio Vasi, we strive to create a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for all of our clients. To ensure that everyone has the best experience, we have a no-pet policy in place.

1. No Pets Allowed

For the comfort, safety, and hygiene of all clients, we respectfully ask that pets do not accompany you to the salon. This policy applies to all types of pets, including dogs, cats, and small animals. We understand that pets are family, but due to the nature of our services and the salon environment, we cannot allow pets in the salon.

2. Service Animals

We fully support and comply with laws that permit service animals in public places. If you have a service animal, they are always welcome at Studio Vasi. Please notify us in advance so we can ensure we provide any necessary accommodations.

3. Reasons for Our No-Pet Policy

While we love pets, the salon setting is a place of personal care, and we want to maintain a peaceful, clean, and comfortable environment for all clients. Pets in the salon could potentially cause allergic reactions, create distractions, or disrupt the overall experience for others.

4. Plan Ahead

We recommend making alternate arrangements for your pet before visiting the salon. If you need help finding local pet sitters or daycares, feel free to ask, and we’ll be happy to provide suggestions!

5. Your Understanding Is Appreciated
