CANCELATION POLICY
Studio Vasi Cancellation Policy
At Studio Vasi, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. To ensure that we continue to provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation policy.
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability.
Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
Late Arrivals:
We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure we can provide the full experience. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, and a late feemay apply.
Refunds:
Please note that no refunds will be issued for services rendered. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work with you to ensure you’re completely happy.
