CANCELATION POLICY

Studio Vasi Cancellation Policy

At Studio Vasi, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and we do our best to accommodate our clients whenever possible. Because appointments are reserved exclusively for each guest, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following cancellation policy.

CREDIT CARD POLICY

A valid credit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment. The credit card on file must match the client’s name. If the cardholder’s name does not match the client’s name, the appointment may be cancelled.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.

  • Cancellations or appointment changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.

  • Appointments cannot be confirmed or rebooked when an outstanding cancellation or no-show balance remains unpaid.

LATE ARRIVALS

We recommend arriving a few minutes before your scheduled appointment so that we can provide you with the full Studio Vasi experience.

  • Arriving 10 minutes or more late may require us to modify your service or reschedule your appointment.

  • A late fee may apply depending on the circumstances and the amount of time available to complete the scheduled service.

REFUNDS & SERVICE SATISFACTION

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been rendered.

  • If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and will work with you to find an appropriate solution.
